At Concrete Work is Tough, we stand by the durability of our gear; if your purchase doesn't meet the demands of the job site, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unwashed condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery to our warehouse.

  Securely place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods for quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
